It's July. It's Hot. It's Time to Sign Up For Fall Athlete Portraits

Summer, believe it or not, is the time to start booking photographers for the Fall sports season.

Okay, enough with the air quality alerts and the sauna-like humidity.

Enough with needing SPF 3000 sunblock and news reports about heat indexes threatening human survival.

It's time to start thinking about Autumn.

And more specifically, it's time to start thinking about athlete portraits for Fall sports.

That's right.

It may be July, but I guarantee you -- in fact, I know by experience -- that others are already working to book photographers for September, October, and November.

Waiting until preseason or the first game to book a photographer runs the risk of losing out with your preferred image maker.

Think about all the athletes, schools, teams and clubs competing in Lancaster County alone. Think about the teams and clubs that compete in bordering counties. Think about all the colleges and universities looking to hire a professional photographer for their media days.

It's kinda already happening. Yeah. I know. August is almost completely booked.

You can get it all done, booked and scheduled while you're waiting in a parking lot to pick up your youth athlete from a skills camp or while resting comfortably on a beach chair.

First - Check out what time and days Creative Sports Photography still has available by looking at the calendar here.

Second - Either book your preferred date and time or reach out to me at dave@creativesportsphotography.com to let me know about your interest in an athlete or team portrait experience.

Third - I'll send you a digital brochure that goes over the entire experience from start to finish, answers a lot of your questions, and provides you an opportunity to book right away.

The start of Fall sports season is closer than any of us realize.

For teams, the session investment for one team is $95, and it's $65 per team if you are signing up multiple teams.

For individual athletes, the session investment is $545 and it includes with your portrait experience a 6x9" album with your favorite images.

I'm ready for pumpkin-flavored everything season. And for tailgating, Friday night lights, the optimism for the start of a new sports season, and a chance to help you be your child's No. 1 fan.
